Visited Bladewyke, Guild Town Of Havoc Guild, Claimed A ROW Lot

I first visited the guild town of Havoc last November 2016. The name of the town is Bladewyke and it's a Player Owned Town governed by an avatar named Ruin.

Bladewyke is an underground town and it was the first underground town I visited in the entire game. In any case, please watch the YouTube video below to see more of Havoc's Guild Town called Bladewyke.

My Home In Bladewyke, Guild Town Of Havoc

Currently, I have two homes in Shroud of the Avatar. One in Aldwater and one in Bladewyke. I setup my first home in Aldwater and I wasn't really thinking of having more than one home but when I was invited to join the guild, Havoc, I decided to place one in Havoc's guild town which is Bladewyke.

My home in Bladewyke is on a Row Lot and the deed that I used to claim it was a Taxable POT Row Lot Deed. The first house that I placed on it was a 4-Story Row House that I bought from the Real Estate NPC but I later changed it to a 3-Story Elven Row Home that I bought from a Player Vendor.


After placing the 3-Story Elven Row Home, I added a few decorations in it and placed a Vendor where I sell various items like Food, Materials and Others.

Unfortunately, as much as I like the 3-Story Elven Row Home, I'm going to replace it with the new Craftable Greenhouse Row Home as soon as I get my hands on one.
